To expand economic opportunity and promote property ownership for Blacks and other underrepresented people through financial education, money management, and asset development.

What We Do
PHASE 1
Becoming Housed
If our clients are unhoused or with unstable housing we will provide a shared housing for the client for up to three years. During this time our clients will participate in self-sufficiency and financial literacy training. Clients will develop an exit plan and transition into their own housing.
PHASE 2
We Strengthen
Once the clients are housed we will follow their progress and provide advanced training and resources toward homeownership.
PHASE 3
Housing Development
Forty Acres works with the County and Federal government to develop housing units for low-to-moderate-income persons. These properties will be for rent and for sale at Below market values.
